But Can They Speak Luxury?

When AI tools started flooding the market, we knew we had to keep our agency current, just as we always did, but AI was evolving fast. Our first instinct was to launch a podcast reviewing the latest tools but we noticed something alarming: every podcast was obsessed with output quality and technical novelty. Tools were praised for generating photo-realistic colorful unicorns or writing long-form blogs in seconds. It was all very impressive but no one was asking the question that truly mattered to us and our clients.
“Can this tool actually perform for a luxury brand?”
Who cares if an AI tool could write a poem or create a pretty picture. Not us! What mattered was if AI could maintain brand tone, create images with specific brand colors, or understand nuance? That was the gap, and it was massive.

So we created AI standards; an industry first. We began testing AI Tools and started to build the evaluation framework.

We know that luxury brands have different needs. Established brands place more importance on  protecting legacy, voice, and artistic integrity. Emerging luxury brands need tools that help them build aspirational content and scale without compromising their image.

That's when the AI Luxe Factor™ dual scoring system was born. Two distinct frameworks tailored to the unique goals of each side of the luxury spectrum. Our mission became clear:

Today, The AI Luxe Factor is positioned as the authority in AI Evaluation for luxury, which includes a certification system, a marketplace and alliance of industry leaders shaping the future of AI. We assess AI tools against luxury standards and score them based on how they perform. We also offer AI Evaluation as a path for tool developers to improve and meet luxury criteria.  Any tool that is able to reach a score of 900+ gets certified and earns a spot in our marketplace. We are the connection between tech and luxury ensuring AI enhances, rather than diminishes exclusivity

Origin Story

Luxury Roots. Analytical Expertise. Shared Vision.

After graduating with a degree in journalism, Jason landed a coveted role as a TV show host about luxury shopping in the Caribbean aboard world-class cruise ships. That role led to a decade-long global career developing strategic campaigns for over 100 luxury brands in the duty-free markets. Sam built a career in data-driven marketing, helping brands scale with precision and impact, using his in-depth analytics expertise while maintaining one of the earliest influential presences on MySpace with 1M+ followers.

When they met, Jason taught Sam the nuance and emotional architecture of luxury marketing. Sam introduced Jason to advanced analytics, segmentation, digital marketing and scalable growth systems.

Together, they became a powerhouse digital marketing team and spent 10 years building luxury ecommerce growth strategies for global brands. Our evolution to form The AI Luxe Factor™ felt like a natural next step and perfect fit for our combined experience.

Luxury is our industry and our lifestyle. We work hard so we can live the life we've dreamed of. We love first class travel, five-star hotels, premium experiences, and the finest things life offers. We live in downtown Vancouver with our two Italian Greyhounds, Calvin and Theodore. They have trained us well, are part of every creative brainstorm and often make sudden appearances on Zoom calls. They're also the unofficial mascots of our pursuit for style, strategy, and smart innovation.
